Who is Sergeant Nitro?
Sergeant Nitro is your personal nutrition and fitness friend. His goal is to inspire and lead others to live a healthy, active lifestyle. He uses motivational speeches at school assemblies, youth organizations, summer camps, fitness centers, and other special events to spread the message of fueling your body, staying fit, and maintaining a positive self image.

Why Join?
Kids that eat healthy and exercise daily increase their self-esteem, create a positive body image, have a better attention span, and academically achieve more.



Sergeant Nitro needs fuel in order to be healthy and active. You can be just like him when you follow these simple, fun ways to eat better.

START your day off with a nutritional breakfast.

Healthy snack treats every three hours.

Drink 8 ounces of water with each meal including snack time.

Healthy eating habits are important for:

Performance

There are different sources of food energy:
Carbohydrates

Fats

Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes.
