~2009 Kids Fitness Challenge Event Information and Registration~
NEW for 2009! The Kids Fitness Challenge will take place in conjunction with the Tour of California Bicycle Race Saturday, Feb. 21 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. The Tour of California features some of the greatest athletes including Lance Armstrong, Goerge Hincapie, and Levi Leipheimer!
Lot's of Fun, Activities and all of the normal Kids Fitness Challenge Expo elements.

Kids Fitness Challenge Rules:
|
1. All events open to the Students, Parents, School Personnel, and Community members.
2. Admission and Participation is FREE! Event held Rain or Shine.
3. Please no bike riders or skaters on Rose Bowl Field.
4. Each participant (student, parent, educator, community member) counts as 1 participant for the representative school.
5. Each participant MUST register and sign a waiver in order to qualify.
6. Grants will be given based on the number of event day participants by a school.
7. Schools with at least 100 representative participants will be eligible for a grant award.
8. Bonus grants or prizes will be given to the schools with the highest participation total in the event.
9. Fitness Equipment is subject to stock on hand and, unfortunately, there are no substitutions.
10. All winning schools MUST be present at Awards Assembly to claim their Rewards.
11. All schools are eligible to participate.
12. Grants will be given directly to each winning school after the event. We ask that all grants be used to promote activities consistent with the Fitness Challenge and it's goals.
13. In case of a tie, the winning schools will split the grant.
